Make sure the phone and printer are on the same local network. If discovery does not find the device, enter its IP address manually and check that SSH is available.

Check the printer address, username and password. When contacting support, include the printer model, app version and error text. Do not send passwords or keys.

Open Settings → Notifications, allow notifications and send a test notification. Continuous print-event notifications are not connected yet.

Support for compatible MIFARE Classic tags is implemented on Android. NFC hardware in an iPhone does not mean it supports this app feature.

The app version, phone model, Android or iOS version, printer model and steps that led to the error. Check screenshots and logs for passwords, Telegram tokens or other keys before sharing them.
